Mawg3i is the name of this studio project. This preview collects the details you choose to submit so the studio owner can review your brief and prepare a response.

What the form collects

Your name, business name, email, optional phone number, project requirements, service choice, budget range, timing, language preference and consent. Avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Where it goes

In local preview mode, enquiries stay in the database on the computer running the preview. If the owner connects the cloud workspace, enquiries are stored in the configured Supabase database. The owner can view enquiries, prepare quotation drafts and record approval decisions.

Email, AI and payments

In preview mode, quotation emails are captured inside the studio workspace. If the owner enables the cloud email connection, approved replies are sent through Resend to the address you provided. Your enquiry is not sent to an AI model. Draft responses are generated using fixed package rules. No advertising trackers or marketing mailing lists are included. A connected studio login uses cookies to keep its owner signed in.

Quotation acceptance and deposits

Customer acceptance records the supplied name, time, quotation version, scope, terms and deposit amount. Anyone with a private quotation link can view that quotation, so keep the link private. Local checkout is a simulation and collects no money. If live Tap checkout is configured, the customer name, quotation email address, amount and payment references are sent to Tap. Card and wallet details are entered on Tap's hosted page; the studio stores payment references and verification results.

Before public launch

The studio must publish its final business identity, privacy contact, retention period and applicable terms before collecting real customer enquiries publicly. This notice describes the current project preview; it is not a final business privacy policy.
